Inspearit was founded in France in 1989 and has expanded into an international consulting group specialising in organization transformation and process improvement (Agile transformation, lean management, digital transformation)
Over the last 10 years, inspearit has evolved into a worldwide organization with more than 50% of 2017 revenue coming from outside of France.
In 2017, the overall revenue reached 23 M€ (+10% vs. 2016) and the EBITDA Operations is just above 16%.
Chairman of the Executive Board: Pascal Chenais
After graduating in Physics from the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Pascal Chenais started his career in 1988 with IBM France in Sales. After several years in leading commercial and marketing roles in big international groups and Altares, he joined inspearit in January 2015.
Director of the portfolio: Jean-Philippe Peigné
Started his career with 10 years in large consulting companies (Accenture and Capgemini Consulting) acting in various missions from large IT programs to IT strategy definition via consulting in IT organization. He then joined Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking to lead the worldwide IT Process and Methods department, in charge of an industrialization program of the IT department relying on market frameworks. After several years as a freelance Agile coach, Jean-Philippe Peigné joined inspearit in 2015 as lead of the Agile offer and as Agile Transformation Consultant.
Chief Financial Officer: Véronique Boulard-Gabillon
Graduated from ESG Paris and Essec Business School. She joined Annie Combelles’ Finance team in 2001, after some years at McDonald’s HR dept and as managing director of a family-owned company.
